Volný čas The king’s town Polička has been found in the year 1265. It is castellated with the rampart. Cultural self-realization: Many historical landmarks and nature sanctuaries are situated in the town. You can pick out the tour you’re interested in. There is the gothic town hall, the pestilential pillar and the public fountain in the centre. The church of St. Jacob is the vista point of the town. The famous composer Bohumil Martinů was born here. The music festival “Martinů Fest” takes place here yearly. The favourite beauty-spot there is the stronghold Svojanov.
